James: Poor Baby Jesus.
Me: What's wrong? (Thinking maybe he would tell me something profound regarding the Christmas Story)
James: He's so sad.
Me: Why is he so sad?
James: Because he has to sleep on toilet paper. Poor baby.
(The manger below was made from half a toilet paper roll.)

Hey, I'd be sad too if I had to sleep in a toilet paper roll hanging in a tree. That boy is perceptive.
Hahahaha! How thoughtful to notice! I love James and hope to hang out with him someday.
This is great! I love kids' responses to the nativity... The year I had my youngest, the oldest was two. She was sitting on the couch at my Grandmother's house with her shirt lifted up. At closer inspection, she was nursing Baby Jesus. LOL
Hilarious, he is so adorable
